2. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for students and working professionals aged 16 and above. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Our Services
Intern Crowd offers internship placement assistance, skill-based online courses, mock interview practice, and certification in domains such as web development, programming, data analytics, and digital marketing. Course content, internship availability, and program duration may be updated or modified at our discretion.
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@interncrowd.in if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
5. Payments & Refunds
Fees for courses or programs must be paid in full through the payment methods listed on our website. Unless otherwise stated on a specific program page, fees are non-refundable once access to course material has been granted. Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
6. Certificates
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the applicable course or internship requirements, including assessments and project submissions where required. Certificates can be verified through our Verify Certificate page. Intern Crowd reserves the right to revoke a certificate found to have been obtained through fraud or misrepresentation.
7. User Conduct
While using our Services, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information during registration or application.
- Share, resell, or redistribute course content without our written permission.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our website or services.
- Use our platform for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on interncrowd.in, including course material, logos, text, graphics, and videos, is the property of Intern Crowd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Intern Crowd acts as a facilitator connecting students with internship and learning opportunities. We do not guarantee employment, internship conversion, or specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, Intern Crowd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our discretion, including in cases of violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
